Laura Alves is the newest Partner at FHP Group, also taking on the role of Head of the Design Department. Graduated and holding a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, she furthered her studies at the Politecnico di Milano, an experience that provided her with a cosmopolitan and integrated perspective on contemporary design. Her work has been recognised in various contexts, most notably through the publication of the chapter “Editorial Design as a Vehicle for Intangible Cultural Heritage: The ‘Inefável’ Project” in Advances in Design, Music and Arts III (Springer Nature Switzerland, 2025). This project reflects her interest in the intersection of editorial design and Intangible Cultural Heritage, demonstrating how visual communication can serve as a tool for cultural preservation and transmission.

She was also responsible for shaping the corporate identity of FHP Group, guiding its visual repositioning and ensuring consistent and modern communication across all its brands.
